Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

The Site is operated by RocketParts LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“RocketParts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our handling of information as described herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Scope — website only; services governed separately

These Terms apply solely to your use of the Site and its content. RocketParts provides software engineering and related professional services to clients under separate written agreements (such as a master services agreement and statements of work). Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services, and in the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls with respect to that engagement.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related infrastructure, except as expressly permitted by our bug bounty / vulnerability disclosure policy;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;
  • introduce malware or other harmful code; or
  • scrape, harvest, or misuse content or submission forms for spam or other improper purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the RocketParts name and marks — are owned by RocketParts or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Submissions & forms

The Site offers forms for contacting us, reporting security vulnerabilities, and submitting anonymous reports. By submitting information, you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit confidential information of a third party without authorization. Submissions made through the bug bounty page are additionally subject to the terms published there.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, form processing providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketParts and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RocketParts from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or our legal or operational requirements. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
