Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how RocketParts LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“RocketParts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the RocketParts website at rocketparts.io (the “Site”). We review this policy at least annually and whenever significant changes occur.

2. Scope — website only; client data governed separately

This policy applies to information collected through the Site. RocketParts is a software and security/compliance consultancy and does not operate a consumer product. Where RocketParts processes personal data on behalf of a client during an engagement, the client is the data controller, that processing is governed by the applicable services agreement and data processing addendum (DPA), and this policy does not apply to it.

3. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. When you use our contact, support, or bug bounty forms, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, and message. Our anonymous reporting (whistleblower) form is designed not to collect identifying information.
  • Technical data. Our hosting and form providers automatically process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request logs to deliver and secure the Site.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data through the Site.

4. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
  • operate, maintain, and secure the Site and prevent abuse;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site — for example, website hosting, form processing, and email — under agreements that limit their use of the information. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. Data retention

We retain information submitted through the Site only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to it. To make a request, email us at privacy@rocketparts.io. For personal data we process on behalf of a client, please direct your request to that client as the data controller.

8. International users

RocketParts is based in the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed in the United States. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed there.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when it was last revised; material changes will be reflected on this page.
